Question by Concern Citizen: CREDIT REPORTS!!!!!?
When you have a judgement from an auto loan(Ford Motor Credit), tin they also have a “run chit” statesman than the judgement, i.e- Judgement amount 18,000.00 and the Sami establishment joined with an assemblage authority for 28,000.00 and 4.75 a tomorrow involvement! I was under the notion once they have a judgement that is it. Please advise

Judgments have a statutory involvement charge. Check your state: http://www.bcsalliance.com/statute_of_limitations_on_debt.HTML. You also power have legal fee tacked onto the master liability. But the yearner you delay, the statesman involvement will accrue.
