Every country does have it’s own credit reporting agency’s. Someone moving from Canada to the US would have no credit in the US. Therefore you will have no credit when you relocate. But remember no credit is sometimes worse than bad credit.

Your US credit history is valid only in the US. It does not follow you when you move abroad
Other countries may have no centralized credit reporting system such as the US, or have a different reporting system altogether
When you move elsewhere, you start from scratch — assuming the country you move to even have a credit history reporting system in the first place

You can start a new bank account in those countries but in order to have a real credit file you’ll be required to obtain a social insurance / social security type number like in the US.
