Credit reports have always been free
annualcreditreport.com
Print them out and review them line by line.
I have had credit for over 10 years and have never known my score. Every year, I get my reports and review them. Common sense tells me how to keep top scores.

Do not use FREE TRIPLE CREDIT SCORE .COM. I used them and they signed me up for Privacy Matters 123 without my knowledge. I was charge $20.00 at random time without knowing it. needless to say I caught the mistake and the bank had to fix 160.00 dollars worth.

You can go to a site called Annual credit repots.com. They are free. You are entitiled to one free report per agency per year. I did the program and in one week I had all three.

AnnualCreditReport.com is the only site that does not require you to sign up for monitoring services. You can access your credit report online for each of the three credit bureaus. The reports are free, but you have to pay for the scores.
If you want your scores, the best place is MyFico.com. You get real up-to-date FICO scores, not Fakko that most third party monitoring sites sell you.
