What websites can I use to post a horrible experience with a bank and warn consumers not to do the same?

I had a terrible experience with a bank that gives credit cards to people with poor credit, and I’d like to be able to warn other consumers not to be pulled in by their scams. What websites are easy to access for consumer reports? I’m looking for something that doesn’t charge a fee, if possible, and will reach as many people as possible.

Most of these sites that are full of stories that indicate the bank was not at fault, it was the unreasonableness or error on the part of the complainer.
For example, do you really expect banks to give credit cards to poor people that have excellent terms? If they were forced to, they’d just stop giving any credit to poor people, and the poor would be worse off than they already are. Anything that was in writing, that the poor agreed to, can hardly be called a “scam”. The poor agreed to pay, to be subject to a high interest rate, to have that rate go up if they’re late/over the limit, to pay late fees, etc.
Every bank/card has such whiners, so your drop will not make a wave as it splashes into the sea of obscurity.
PS – That said, Advanta *****!

craigslist.com, yahoo answers, the bank should also have a website for complaints. BBB Federal banking comission and everywhere you see the opportunity.
