Nope, not all employers pull a credit report. Retail theft database, that I don’t know about. I would say it’s literally impossible for every employer to be a member of that.
It takes time to find a job. Even longer to find a decent one. Even longer if you have to compete with more qualified applicants. But it can and does happen. I’m the only one here without a degree, and I managed. So can you. Just hang in there and be patient.
