Has anyone had or suspect they have had their Consumer Rights Violated by any Bank in Alabama or Florida? Namely,First Gulf Bank!! Or perhaps any Bank controlled by the Holding Company Alabama National BanCorporation. Violations may include, Failure to comply with Federal Regulation and Codes such as The Truth in Lending Act, The Fair Credit Reporting Act, The Consumer Credit Protection Act or others as Regulated by the Federal Trade Commission. Please advise if you have. I have and I suspect MANY others have as well.

i am not familar with those banks. if you have a problem report them to your state’s banking authority and keep on it.
there’s a lot of banks out there, mostly these small hometown banks, that don’t have legal, fair practices. they get away with it until someone reports them. don’t worry they will be investigated if you report them.
I have but not from that bank.
