I know wamu used to have one. which is gone now.
wamu still says they do

    Banks and credit cards don’t control access to your credit reports, the credit reporting agencies do. So, the answer is NO.

    There is no free unlimited access. You either get one free one per year, or you pay a subscription fee to each agency.

    credcards.maclenet.com - try this one. It offers several cards which provide such a service.

    None that I know of except WAMU…

    But I have to beg the question WHY??? You do know excessive credit inquiries into your FICO score can actually HURT it.. didnt you???…
